'This is a small, clean and cute apartment in the Capital Hill neighborhood in the heart of DC. It's a great place to call home base for a few days while you check out the sights. We had no idea where to stay and were up in the air between here and the Pendry hotel which is at the wharf. We couldn't have been happier that we chose this location. We felt extremely safe and getting around the city from this location was so easy. Uber pickups were quick, there are Lime scooters and bikes everywhere...

'Worked well for our family of 6. Great kitchen, very clean, large bedrooms and living area ( though sofas were a bit worn). Private parking was a huge plus. Excellent location for getting around Washington, D.C. and a short walk to great restaurants at The Wharf! We checked in on a very hot day, and air conditioner was not working. We contacted our host and he sent someone over immediately. After a quick reset of a fuse, we cooled off and stayed cool throughout our stay.'

'Everything about our stay was perfect! It is such a gorgeous house set on a beautiful property. Our room was cute and bed was comfy. The jetted tub and heated floors were a bonus. They even made special accommodations for our breakfast and made the most delicious vegan meal with house made oatmilk to top it off! Super impressed and can’t wait to come back!'

Aged CVS and really nice organic grocery store are within a few blocks - quick walk. Easy 25 min drive to downtown DC area. Unit parking is not obvious (as also stated by other reviews) - had to talk to locals to learn the 2 unit spots are across the street behind the green-teal house. "Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "
