Best Landlords in the World!
Todd and Kat were so awesome and made sure we had every thing we needed. They were very accommodating. The house itself was absolutely beautiful and had everything in it that you could possibly need right down to the shampoo and soap in the shower. Everything was beautiful, modern and up-to-date. This house has a gorgeous view. It was so very relaxing to get up there to get away from all the hustle and bustle. Thank you Todd and Kat for being so very kind. Sisters and Hubbies Vacation
Property was a perfect choice for 3 sisters and their hubbies to spend time enjoying awesome views of Lake Lanier. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room to be together. The amenities were top notch, more included than you could hope for, including use of a 6 person golf cart! Todd, the owner was awesome!

Wonderful Lake Getaway!
We had a wonderful time! Todd was responsive to all our questions and was the best vrbo host we’ve had! The house was immaculate!! Very clean, kitchen had all the things we needed. Everything was quality from the beds to the linens! Beautifully renovated house! Although we didn’t use the dock we did check it out and it was very nice with a great upper deck to hang out on! We’ll definitely be back!! Also, loved that it’s so close to outlet mall and also shopping and restaurants in Gainesville!

Beautiful House. Amazing Host. Unparallelled Amenities.
I can't say enough wonderful things about our host Todd, his beautiful, spotless house, and the breathtaking views. From the newly remodeled and stocked kitchen, the gorgeous primary bedroom, fun game room, stocked bar/darts and basketball, and six-person (ha!) shower to the super cozy, soft bedding, this house is by far the best we’ve stayed in. My parents and I drove up from Florida to attend a ceremony at my youngest son’s school, Riverside Preparatory Academy and my oldest, who is an RPA alum drove down from college to surprise him. On Saturday night, when we were celebrating my youngest son’s 16th birthday, my oldest son had a seizure. Within seconds, Todd, an emergency doctor from across the street, an emergency wagon, and fire stuck where there to take my son to the ER. Thankfully, he was fine, but Todd offered for us to stay another night, enabling us to all get some sleep and spend some extra time together. We can’t thank him enough for all he did. If I could give this gorgeous house, its warm, friendly, and incredibly kind host 10+ stars, I would. We will be back later this summer with all our family to take advantage of the awesome water amenities on the dock!

We stayed for my son’s wedding in Gainsville. The host was super accommodating and the house had all the amenities for a great stay!! The view is amazing!! This is definitely a home I would love to come back and spend more time!!

Beautiful Home. Superstar Host!
Everything about this home far exceeded our expectations! Fully equipped kitchen (even spices and coffee!), games for all ages, comfortable beds, good water pressure in the showers. Todd brought us firewood, which we ended up not using, and even an electric fireplace for downstairs when it got chilly. Plenty of room for everyone at Thanksgiving (26). Absolutely PERFECT week! We’ll be back!

We enjoyed out stay at this property. It was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. We only had to provide the food! It was a very enjoyable stay. We flew in for our sisters wedding and didn’t want to stay at a hotel. This house was perfect… 3 kids and 4 adults. Thank you so much!

Fun Fam Vaca with Pups
House does have amazing lake views, is clean and has everything you need plus some for family fun. We even brought our dogs, one being a lab who loves the water. Host provides access to his dock which is just a few houses down for fun on the lake. Great experience!

Amazing views with the absolute best hosts
The property has the most amazing views of Lake Lanier with all of the comforts of home. Todd and Kathryn are the most hospitable hosts and helped with every need. They were available for questions at all times and provided more amenities than even described. They made us all feel welcomed and and allowed us to freely use their dock for our boat, jet skis, and other lake toys. We could not have asked for a better place for a family gathering. We truly appreciate the time, effort, and care that Todd and Kathryn have put towards making this property a true lake getaway. We will definitely return and recommend this property to other guests.

Oasis on the Lake
Todd and Kathryn have created a beautiful lake experience with their house on the lake. The house is well equipped with lots of areas to relax and gather inside and out. The lily pad, floaties, kayaks and SUP make hanging out at their dock a blast. The kids are already asking me when we can book again.

Great spot and wonderful host
The view from the house is AMAZING! You can’t beat it. The dock is just a couple of houses down and it has a beautiful double decker dock. The kids loved jumping off into the lake. It’s a quick golf cart ride but an easy walk too. The best part of the trip was the host. Todd and his family were so generous and attentive to all of our needs. I highly recommend this property and look forward to coming back again.

Wonderful Stay!
We absolutely loved our stay at Todd's home. Todd and his wife are amazing hosts, making sure that every little detail is covered and that you have the best experience you possibly can. Todd took us on a sunset cruise one evening and gave us a tour of the "neighborhood", provided ice for us daily, or as needed, loaned us some baby gear that was forgotten at home, and was just an all-around awesome host. The home itself was immaculate, the cleanest rental we have EVER stayed in. It is well appointed, very comfortable, and plenty of room for 2-3 families to enjoy comfortably. Lots of games to play in your down-time and the best view on the whole lake! The bedding and linen choices are perfect and oh-so-comfortable too. The dock offered great views, ample boat parking, lots of extras, and fun fishing & swimming too! You will not be disappointed in this place! Do note, there are some steep hills to navigate down to the boat ramp, but Todd has provided transportation for those who want or need it. He really has thought of everything! We cannot recommend this home and this host enough! Best rental experience ever!

Family vacation 2023, June
We had a relaxing stay and enjoyed the house and all of the amenities. We were there with our 25 year old son and our dogs for our family vacation. Todd and Kathryn were so accommodating and friendly which made our stay that much better. Our son kayaked and enjoyed the area as well. There is plenty to do if you take a short drive which cured the shopping needs. From restaurants to Outlets to Publix. Again, this was a wonderful home and had everything we needed, even coffee and toilet paper. Was provided. All in all we felt very comfortable with the owners and the home.

Amazing Vacation
We just had the most amazing vacation at Lake Lanier! The house is so clean and it has everything you could need . The owners put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable. The view is absolutely incredible!! The highlight of the trip was a beautiful boat ride with Todd and his wife . They went out of their way to show us a good time! They are always there for anything you need . The dock and golf cart were so much fun -our family made some wonderful memories . Picture Perfect
The picture caught our attention…and it didn’t lie. It was an amazing view and worth getting up early to see the sunrise. However it didn’t stop there. Everyone, including my 4-year-old granddaughter, had something to delight them; a boat ride for my husband, games and golf cart adventures for the younger set and one of the best stocked kitchens and pantries we’ve ever been in. There was no need that wasn’t supplied - even a bottle of wine to celebrate our 56th anniversary! Thank you,Todd and Kathryn, for being the best hosts ever!

Fabulous Lake House with Amazing Views

Great House with Awesome View
The house was beautiful from floor to ceilings. Every amenity possible with games for the kids, use of golf cart, great decks with chairs for awesome view of the lake, and much more. The owner made the check in process seamless and easy. The house was gorgeous, in a very quiet set back neighborhood. Perfect for a large family to gather. Extremely CLEAN and well stocked house!
We had an amazing time. Todd and Kathryn were fantastic hosts! This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed at. We had 3 families with 4 teenage boys and everyone had plenty of room. Amazing house, best view of Lake Lanier!
This house was amazing! It is just as gorgeous and pristine as the pictures. The balcony is perfect for reading a book over the fantastic views of Lake Lanier. Master and also has a gorgeous lakeside view. Todd was a wonderful host! He happily showed us all the amenities included with the house including the golf cart, dock and kayaks. He and his wife graciously took us out on his boat which my kids absolutely loved! This house more than exceeded our expectations and we would love to come back again!

BEYOND AWESOME!!
In every way this property, amenities, & host exceeded every expectation!!! The location is ideal and the view from the balcony is epic. (Way better than the provided pictures) Must Do: wake up early and watch the the sunrise from the perfect vantage point. The interior of the property is impeccably clean and spacious. Great taste in decor and attention to the small details was evident through out. The dock is easily accessible and in great condition! Jump on any of the kayaks or paddle boards and have fun exploring the inlets. Provided golf cart was very useful. In the early afternoon we used it to go spot the resident deers and watch them forage. Within the amenities, the property has an extensive array of board games; including an arcade machine, dart board and fuss ball table. Make every night a family game night. Above all the host was just AWESOME!!! Just a simple text away, he was always willing to provide local recommendations & accommodate any need. Exceedingly friendly, he made our stay that much better.

Impressive House!
This is the best house we have ever stayed. The view is gorgeous as in the pictures. Kitchen has a lot of spices. It even has plastic wraps, aluminum foils, Ziploc bags,… . We were provided a tub of dishwasher detergents, so we can wash dishes many times. Laundry room has soap, so we did not have to buy it. If we come back to this area, we will stay in this house again if it is available.

Spring Break Getaway
We had a wonderful time staying in this awesome lake view home. The house was very clean when we arrived and had absolutely everything we needed. The owners were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Having the golf cart to explore with, was such a nice touch and waking up to a beautiful sunrise with coffee on the deck was just what we needed.

Amazing Host!
Todd was extremely accommodating. It was the cleanest VRBO we have yet to rent. The beds were also were comfortable! The view of the lake really is beautiful and the golf cart we were given to get to and from the fishing dock made all the difference. The house is stocked with many games to play, seasonings, extra blankets, cleaning supplies, and even had firewood for the outdoor firepit! Nothing felt crammed and we enjoyed the robot vacuums and and wash machine to help keep things tidy. If you have a little that still needs a safe sleeping spot, the master closet it plenty big enough for a pack n play and even has an outlet close by for a sound machine. We can’t say enough great things and plan to return!

A little piece of paradise
Where do I begin….This house is fantastic!!! The host and hostess were so welcoming and kind. To start, we were in the area for a graduation at Breneau University and Todd was so flexible and accommodating as we learned more about when things were scheduled. Upon arrival, the view and house were so impressive!! The furnishings and set up was so comfortable. The accommodations exemplify quality and good taste! Well equipped kitchen. The weather was chilly, but still warm enough to soak in the views from the deck overlooking the lake. Highly recommend, any time of year!!

Truly the Best View of Lake Lanier
Even prior to our arrival, our hosts were extremely helpful, communicative, and clear with directions and information about the property. The view of the lake is spectacular, and easy to view for hours because of the large deck and comfortable chairs/ rockers. The home is more than adequately equipped with anything you can imagine for preparation and serving of meals; the appliances are top notch, and there are plenty of linens. The notebook that was available on the kitchen island table was full of brochures and maps for nearby short trips of exploration. We can't say enough about how clean the property was, to the extent that we felt like we were the first ones who had ever been there!! We look forward to returning one day.

A view worthy of the splurge
We celebrated my father’s 70th birthday here with 7 adults and 1 child. We had an amazing time just hanging out, enjoying the view and surrounding areas. Everything was perfect and well thought out. Todd even brought us a load of firewood at 10 PM to make sure we had enough to keep the chill off! Amazing place/host, don’t question, just reserve.

Great lake getaway!
We rented the home mid-week for our family of four and had a few friends make day trips to join us from Atlanta. The home has an amazing view of the lake and the hosts are extremely helpful and have thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils that make it feel like home; complete with a spice cabinet. We're not coffee drinkers, but one of our friends is and he appreciated the stocked pods since we hadn't packed coffee. There is a large washer and dryer that worked great for washing our lake towels during the trip (laundry room is also stocked with whatever you need). The kids loved the game room as well as the splash pad at the dock and we brought our boat and kept it at the dock, which also worked out really well. We enjoyed several of the restaurants that were 15-20 minutes away and absolutely loved the sunset view from the party deck on the dock. Todd was an amazing host and we look forward to coming back again next year!!

Relaxing wkd with a beautiful view!
Myself, husband, kids, inlaws and dogs enjoyed this home for a wkd getaway! The house was nice and clean and well stocked with all the essentials! All we needed was food and clothes! The view was amazing and we saw multiple fireworks shows from around the area as we were there 4th of July wkd! My husband brought his bass boat and the host was very responsive and accommodating! The area was very quiet, in a nice area and not far from town and boat ramp.
