'Everything'

'The place was quite nice, I was staying for a week so I became a familiar face. All the time the houselady would ennoy me and ask me to go to the supermarket to buy her cola. Everyday she would ask me over and over again to get her some. I didn't really felt a lot of privacy since all the time someone came knocking for some reason. I was also quite upset THEY RIPPED ME OFF with the taxi from the airport. The hotel arranged it for me, so one would think it is a fair price but THEY CHARGED THE...

'Struttura in armonia con il paesaggio e arredamento che richiama la fauna locale. Ogni stanza ha un concept preciso: le camere sono incentrate su un singolo animale. Zebra, gnu, leone e via discorrendo. I colori scuri sono un'eco della savana africana ma non aiutano a capire la reale pulizia di ogni locale. 'Property is centrally located and rooms are very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and there's a small gym with weights a bike and treadmill.'

'Dit hotel heeft echt een upgrade nodig. De kamers zijn oud, het kan nog net. Mijn airco deed het niet, is wel gemaakt. Grootte van kamer/badkamer prima. Personeel aardig eb voorkomend. Locatie goed. '

'Comfortable, clean, welcoming. More than adequate Basic accommodation'

'Friendly staff. Quiet clean and peaceful. Lobby and room smelled amazing. Room was exactly as described. Amenities exactly as described. Issues were handled quickly and professionally. Would recommend again for sure. '

'The service was first class and very friendly. I was only there 2 nights but they we’re memorable.'

'Ideal pour participer à des conférences avec une grande salle'

'It makes you feel at home'

'Chose to stay at Cozy Palms while attending a conference at the Grand Palm which is nearby. Cozy Palms itself is fine, and the staff and manager very helpful. A basic motel-style place with cooked breakfast. Wifi was very slow with drop outs. The proprietor picked me up from the airport (arranged in advance) and also took me back there for my departure, with a stop on the way at the craft shop to get some (good) souvenirs. Definitely Cozy - just 6 rooms. There is nothing special about...

'The hotel is conveniently located and provides for a free airport pick-up and drop-off. The rooms and breakfast are good value for money. Internet could be better. The staff is extremely pleasant.'

'The only possitive thing is that staff was helpful howeer they supposed to arrange airport pick up and did not happen Beside on Expedia website is a statement that airport shattle is free of charge and it is not This hotel is noteworthy thd money'

'Very very bad! NOT what was advertised'
