Our stay was genuinely wonderful. The hotel feels modern, calm and luxurious from the moment you arrive. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with digital touch pads for lighting and AC, plus a large bathroom with a separate bath and shower. Amenities were generous — razor, bathroom scales, toothbrush, comb, loofa, tea & coffee, a beach bag and free bottled water. The only tiny thing was that the shower grout could use a little attention, but it didn’t take away from how lovely the room was. Turn‑down service each evening was a great touch. By the pool, attendants made everything effortless, setting towels on the wide loungers and keeping things running smoothly. Ordering drinks and food with the call button beside the bed felt indulgent. The beach had plenty of beds and floats, though the rocks made getting into the water a bit unsteady and painful. Breakfast was exceptional — the fresh fruit selection was unforgettable, beautifully presented and not the usual canned options. Staff were kind and attentive and Chandra deserves a special mention for bringing me spa slippers when my sandal broke. The resort is very quiet and perfect for unwinding, with great views from every level of the hotel. The water park and Top Golf weren’t finished yet, but they look like great future additions. I could honestly go on and on, but you should experience It for yourself.
