Located within a 20-minute walk of Marina do Funchal and 1.1 km of Mar Avenue in the Sé of Funchal, Zen Pearl is a modern apartment with free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchen.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Half Term trip

We had a great stay here during half term. The apartment is really well presented and in a great location with easy access to the centre of Funchal. Spacious living and bedrooms and a decent seating terrace. Lovely apartment and very private as well. Great property for anyone.
