'Quick check-in, friendly employee at counter. Breakfast was what you can expect from a place like this. Location was decent, altough a few questionable other guests were present. '

'The afternoon desk staff was not friendly at all. However, the morning staff who also fixed the breakfast, was very pleasant. Property is rundown. Furniture in our room was broken and paint chipped off walls. The carpeting needed cleaning. '

'I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Southaven, Mississippi over the weekend and had a great experience overall. I spoke with Marshall Collins, the front desk supervisor, and she was absolutely awesome. The front desk staff were also very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Housekeeping was excellent.
