'We stayed on this property March 31, through April 4th 2026. While the view is stunning from this property, it still needs a little TLC. Many things need upgraded. The beach chairs need to be replaced, outdoor furniture could be upgraded, and some of the holes in the concrete walls should be repaired. Overall, the check-in process was outstanding, the view was amazing and property itself was nice. Also, if you rent a jeep parking is very limited. I would suggest each unit should have its own...

'The host sent the incorrect Wi-Fi name and password, then the correct one late. The structure itself was not well-maintained as there were cracks, rust, dingy towels, and ants in the kitchen. The air mattress for my two children leaked air, and there were no extra blankets, although one was provided later. The hot water also ran out by the fourth shower.'

'Amenities. Mainly the air mattress. The description stated that it was a pullout mattress, not an air mattress. Also the description of the room is deceiving as well. '

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was clean and our host was very responsive when we had questions. We did not swim in the pools, but we visited each one just to see the views. The Terrace pool view was our favorite. In January it was cool enough in the late day and evening to have the doors open and screens pulled to get a great breeze. We slept to the sound of the waves just below the deck. There were iguanas in the trees outside the back deck. A perfect island...

'Property was clean and lovely! Property manager was very responsive and great to work with. This is our third time at Point Pleasant but first time staying in a lower unit. View from this room is absolutely amazing! AC kept the whole room cool. Only tip I could have for the owner would be that the drapes don’t fully cover the door near the bed, so just for privacy that would be good ;-). I would absolutely stay here again and very much enjoyed our stay.'
