« Although it was off a busy street once inside the property it felt secluded and private. The yard was heavily wooded with a creek running through it. The grounds were well kept and nicely decorated with lots of places to relax and enjoy the outside with additional features of a fireplace and grilling area. Il n’y manque rien! L’accès au garage est un plus pour l’entreposage de nos vélos. La municipalité de Fruita offre de superbes sentiers de vélo de Montagne notamment les secteurs de 18 road et de Kokopelli trails.
