Herbergen in Frisco

'La habitación muy limpia y amplia, cuenta con microondas y frigobar, excelente ubicación a 10 minutos de Universal Kids, zona muy tranquila, bufete desayuno muy completo, si tengo otro viaje por Frisco me volveré a quedar aquí, recomendado al 100%'

'Great front desk check in and super prompt considering when we arrived there was a line from a bus arrival that was checking in. The assistant manager and another employee were working rapidly to get us all in. The evening reception was great and was happy we didn’t have to leave to get dinner. We loved the pasta and granddaughter loved the nachos and hot dog. Breakfast the next morning was great to and again great we didn’t have to go searching for food. Love the convenience.'

'Check in was 3 1/2 hours late. The room was still dirty and laundry and pool looked like it was never cleaned . Staff was nice but the hotel was not clean'

'The hotel was disgusting. I usually never leave negative feedback but we were on a roadtrip and checked in late with two small kids. Our room had literal dog food in it, a spot that looked like a dog either puked or went to the bathroom next to it. The floor in the bathroom was disgusting and brown in places. There were what looked like boogers smeared on the bathroom wall. There was a centipede in the bathroom crawling around when we arrived. The hotel room reeked of cologne and the hotel...
