*Guest access: Complete access to the entire home. Your keyless entry code will be sent to you prior to check in time.

*A short 4 mile drive from the 99 and only 40 miles to the entrance of The Sequoia National Park

*Wifi is free and accessible at the home.

*Central heat and air conditioning. Upon leaving home, please adjust the temperature accordingly while you’re not using the home.

*Kitchen appliances: full size fridge, oven, stove top, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, pots & pans, utensils, dishes, glasses.

*All linens and towels are provided

*We provide hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hairdryer and surface spray for guests.

*A full size washer and dryer is located in the laundry room for guest use if needed. Laundry detergent is provided.

*Pack ‘n Play & Highchair: Located in the Primary Bedroom walk in closet. The Pack 'n Play has a 3" mattress with a waterproof mattress cover and fitted sheet.

*We welcome your dogs. A pet fee will be charged for each pet. No cats, sorry. Please do not allow pets directly on our furniture (couches, beds, etc.). And if they are allowed to jump onto your furniture at home, PLEASE protect our home’s furnishings by bringing your own blankets/towels to cover furniture.

*We welcome guests of all ages. You are responsible for always watching over your children, pets, family, and friends!

*We can host 8 guests max. Children under the age of 2 are not to be included in the total guest count. If you have more than 8 guests on the property you will be asked to leave without a refund (unless you’ve been given written prior permission upon booking and paid fees associated with extra guests). We are serious about abiding by county regulations and infrastructure limitations.

*We respectfully ask guests to not inquire to have events or parties on the property.

*Sewer: Nothing other than toilet paper can be flushed at any time. Please use the wastebaskets for sanitary napkins, tampons and dental floss.

*No smoking or vaping of any kind allowed at the home! A $500+ fee will be charged if cigarette butts are found or smoking odor is detected at the home.

*For guests with children or limited mobility: To access the home, there are no stairs up to the front door.

*We will make every effort to correct any issues as reported as quickly as possible.

POOL:
The backyard also features a sparkling pool with ample lounging. Use umbrellas to provide shade or enjoy the sunshine. Perfect for effortless summer swimming or simply relaxing poolside.

-Remove all pool toys each day.
-Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
-Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

-No glass in the pool area.
-Please keep noise to a minimum and respect quiet hours.
-Do not tamper with pool equipment or controls.
-Use the pool responsibly and report any issues to the host.
