Minutes from the Save Mart Center, this is a great space to stay after concerts and events, while visiting your college student, or heading to Yosemite!

The Space:
Whether you're in town for a few nights or a few months, this four bedroom house near Fresno State University is the perfect space to rest your head at night!  Free Wifi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, and relaxing back yard, the home has everything you'll need to make yourself at home during your stay. Beds have hybrid memory foam mattresses and the bedrooms have plenty of space for your suitcases and belongings.  The fenced backyard with patio and cafe lights is a great place to relax after a long day at work or hang out with friends after a Save Mart Center concert or event! We welcome traveling professionals, contracted employees, and other mid-to-long term stays.

The Space

As you enter the house, you'll find a cozy living room with a sectional, Smart TV, and desk area.  The dining room and kitchen are right off the living room. The kitchen has all full size appliances and is stocked and ready with all the tools you'll need to cook meals while you're in town. There are four bedrooms, each featuring new linens and memory foam mattresses: Each bedroom has a queen bed, so 4-8 guests will sleep comfortably. Two of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms. There are two pack-and-plays available, please bring your own crib sheets if you plan to use these.  Outside, there's a nice grassy yard and patio with cafe lights, propane BBQ, and fire pit.

Neighborhood

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood just south of Fresno State. It is located within minutes to freeway access, restaurants, and grocery stores.  10 minutes from Fresno International Airport. Vinland park with Pickle ball courts is just around the corner!  Though we're only a mile from the Save Mart Center and Fresno State, we recommend driving. Great for National Park Tourists, travel nurses, concert-goers, athletes in town to battle the Dogs, families visiting the valley, or those wanting to explore all of California through day trips.  We are located directly between San Francisco and Los Angeles, and near three National Parks: Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon National Parks.

We are pet friendly and charge a $100 non-refundable pet fee. Please bring a bed or crate for your animal to sleep in, and never leave them alone for long periods in the home. All pet owners must pick up their pet waste outside in order to avoid an extra fee.

House Rules

1. Communication is key! Check-in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm.
2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 8 plus two infants/toddlers. Animals require a $100 non-refundable pet fee. 2 well-behaved dogs max. Dogs must have their own crate/sleeping arrangement. Please pick up after your pet.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (patio, bbq, fire pit, etc.) and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well.  If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to make you feel right at home.  We'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
6. Be a good neighbor! Please park the correct way on the street and don't block anyone's driveway. Keep quiet hours in mind.  Thank you!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the whole house, linens, washer and dryer, and wifi. Guests may park in the garage, driveway, or on the street. The backyard has a shed that is used for owner storage, and guests do NOT have access to that.

Getting Around:
We suggest guests use their own vehicle to get around, but Uber and Lyft are also available.

Other Things to Note:
The porcelain bathtub is chipped and painted on the side, and has a strange appearance, but it is clean and still functions (see picture).
We allow pets, 2 dogs max, and pets may not be on the couch or beds. An extra cleaning fee may result from dog fur or waste left behind.
