'Hotel is being renovated but our room was not in the greatest condition. I feel like they shouldn’t have even rented out that room. It was missing toilet paper roll holder, the bathroom door looked like it wouldn’t close all the way and the tub was very dirty. Beds were uncomfortable, each bed only had 2 pillows. 'Being our first experience lodging on a house boat, we felt as though we were staying in luxury. Unexpectedly, the boat was fully equipped with everything. The owner has it tastefully decorated, neat and very clean. Good location and within walking of a couple popular bar/restaurant eateries, although many around the city (college town).
