'Every year, a group of us stay here a few days leading up to New Year. The place is perfect for us. If I could have the house delivered by drone to my location, I'd pay to do it. Cory is great! 'House was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen pretty well stocked with decent amount of dishes and pots and pans. House is a bit smaller than pictures look. Lots of cats hang around. We saw at least 6. They didn't bother us except the one who sleeps on the back porch gave me a scare when it unexpectedly ran in front of me. The child in our group that was allergic to cats did not react so cats haven't been in the house.'

'The start was little off for us when Google maps directions threw us off (don’t take the OLD Poker Barn road) and ATT cell reception was spotty , but fortunately connected with Bryan and got in without any more fuss. House was perfectly located in front of the river, all amenities available, very peaceful and our pets had the most fun as well. We got some great family time bonding…. Checked out local historic landmarks, old towns etc… overall great trip and wonderful place…..'

'My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again.'

'We had a great time relaxing in this home. It was very clean, the beds are beyond comfortable! Kitchen is so well stocked with cooking supplies! Walking to the river and fishing in the morning and evening was so nice and fun for the kids. When finding the house look at the street signs not your phone, it’s easy! Adorable Weaverville is just minutes away for ice cream and dinner.'

'The house layout and amenities are comfortable for large groups. The back door to the garage didn't lock and made us nervous leaving our bikes in there. The neighborhood is nice and felt safer. We learned from other reviews to turn on the hot tub as soon as we arrived to let it warm up. That worked well until the technician from the spa company turned it all off and reset it to summer settings. He also had concerns regarding the chemicals.
