'I feel very lucky that we found this place to stay in during for our visit to Hot Springs. It was right in the center of town and a very short walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Lots of nice amenities. Communication and check-in were easy, and there was parking behind the building. It really is right on the Appalachian Trail and was the perfect location for our hiking adventure. I hope that I can return some day!'

'The Bailey was above and beyond the best experience we have had staying with our two dogs. The home was comfy and cozy for both humans and pets alike. The dogs especially loved the provided dog bed and welcome treats, and their humans appreciated the well stocked kitchen and many other helpful dog forward amenities that allowed the family to travel more lightly. We all really enjoyed sitting out on the gated back deck, and the short walk into town.'

'The place was lovely. Would have liked it closer to town but it was stated in the listing it was 10 miles away. The only suggestion I would make is to put in your listing that a fishing license may be required to fish. We loved the cleanliness of the cabin and the decor. We will definitely like to rent again when we plan to go there again. '

'Loved the setting as soon as we pulled in the driveway. The inside is decorated so beautiful and was clean as you could wish for. Very pet friendly. Awesome front porch swing and rockers. This should be your go to place! Marcela is wonderful to interact with. I know this is where i will be booking for my next stay for certain.'
