The holiday apartment "Le Figuier" in Saint-Aygulf, a seaside resort in Fréjus, offers a comfortable 75 m² space with a living room, fully equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests. Amenities include high-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, and filter coffee maker. Air conditioning and double glazing ensure comfort year-round. A baby cot and high chair are also provided.



The apartment features a private outdoor area with a pool, garden, open and covered terraces for outdoor dining, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. A private pétanque court is also available. The property is close to the beach and within walking distance of public transport. The famous Roc d'Azur mountain bike route passes just 300 m from the house. Within 2 km, you’ll find excellent kite surfing and wing foiling spots, as well as beautiful hiking trails in the Maures or Estérel mountains.



Two parking spaces are available on the enclosed private property. Families with children are welcome. One pet is allowed. Please note: two Weimaraners live with the owners on site, but the areas are separated and fenced, ensuring guests’ privacy. Smoking is not permitted in the house.



A babysitting service is available. Beach and pool towels are provided. Bicycles are offered (available for an extra fee) and a bike storage room is at your disposal. The property practices waste sorting and uses energy-saving lighting.
