'The place was ok'

'Friendly staff, clean rooms. Will stay again if ever back in Charlotte'

'Cleanliness'

'The gas was out, no hot water, which means the kitchen was not in service. TV remote would not work properly. Valet stole something from my car!! Never again, not for the money paid.'

'Place is clean and very comfortable. It was a 1 night stay. People were very nice. Close to downtown Charlotte and train station.'

'Nicely appointed suite! Super clean and a very convenient location. Close to coffee shops, cafes, various eateries and great walks. NoDa neighborhood is hip and cool! And close to downtown Charlotte, a quick 5 minute Blue Line train trip away, if you happen to be going to a concert or sporting event!'

'Perfect apartment and seamless check in!'

'Hedendaags hotel in een hippe buurt van Charlotte '

'Was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and comfortable the room was, and up to date. However, had a few minor housekeeping issues as soon as I checked in. I had to change the towels because they were blood stained, which grossed me out. Then there was hair in the shower and sink. Parking was $10/day plus tax. Overall stay was pleasant minus the poor housekeeping, but the front desk was very accommodating to my concerns.'

'The only "complaint" I have is my room was never seeviced, I stayes Mon-Fri. I was asked if I wanted housekeeping during my stay and I ackowledged I did. Nonetheless, my room was never cleaned.'

'Top hotel! In de CBD van Charlotte, typisch Amerikaanse stad, waar weinig actie is voor de toerist behalve een NASCAR hall of Fame & groot stadium '
