The Space:

Welcome to Schubert Place – our collection of four individual casitas, each meticulously designed to offer a unique blend of luxury and intimacy.

Indulge in the regal comfort of a king-sized bed that takes center stage in each of the four casitas. Adorned with plush linens and soft pillows, it's a haven of tranquility where every night promises a restful escape. The en-suite bathroom, complements the bedroom with modern fixtures and a walk in shower.



Step into the living room, where coziness meets contemporary style. A flat-screen TV invites you to unwind on a plush sofa, creating an intimate space for relaxation or enjoy quiet moments or catch up on your favorite shows.



The mini kitchenette is a testament to convenience without compromising on style. Equipped with a coffee maker for your morning brew, a mini fridge to keep refreshments cool, and a microwave for quick snacks, it's a compact culinary haven. The thoughtful design ensures that every essential is at your fingertips.



Three of the casitas boast a backyard oasis, elevating the retreat with outdoor serenity. The 406 Lodge offers a gas grill and table with seating for four, which provides an ideal spot for al fresco dining or morning coffee. Unwind in the hot tub or gather around the firepit which adds a touch of warmth to cool evenings. The Arbor Inn also offers a backyard space with a hot tub and firepit to relax. Creekview has a covered patio with table seating for four to enjoy a meal al fresco.



We are conveniently located right across the street from Grand Central at Milam, a vibrant destination offering exquisite wine, a local distillery, mouthwatering cuisine, and the inviting "Great Lawn" with picnic tables and ample seating. Whether you're in the mood to sip, savor, or simply relax, Grand Central at Milam has something for everyone!



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1250 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $79.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

For a more flexible and relaxed wine-tasting experience, the 290 Wine Shuttle provides a convenient way to hop between wineries, departing from downtown Fredericksburg and making stops at select wineries every 10 minutes on Fridays and Saturdays.

Main Street serves as the heart of the action in Fredericksburg. With over 150 shops, boutiques, and art galleries, visitors can peruse a wide array of unique offerings. The street is also home to numerous restaurants, wine tasting rooms, a brewpub, and two museums, offering a diverse range of dining and cultural experiences. 4. WiFi is available in all homes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. No refunds or rate adjustments will be made for mechanical failures, or discontinued or interrupted services that occur during your stay.

5. A $500 fine will be imposed for any evidence of smoking, confetti, vomit residues, or glitter.

6. Set the A/C no lower than 72 degrees to prevent freezing and system issues; no refunds for low-temperature-related A/C problems.

7. Start-up sundries provided for the first two days; report missing items within one hour of arrival.

8. Pet-friendly units welcome pets with an additional fee; ensure pets are well-behaved and respectful.

9. Bugs are common in the Texas Hill Country; pest control is in place, but some insects are inevitable.

10. In Texas, there are periods of time without significant rainfall causing the county to place a ban on burning. Please check the current burn ban status, before using the fire pit at your vacation rental. Check the amenities to see if this rental is equipped with a fire pit.

11. Please observe Fredericksburg’s Quiet Hours (10 p.m. to 7 a.m.)

12. The City of Fredericksburg is an international Dark Sky Community. To protect the dark skies, please turn off outdoor lighting when not in use.

13. Only utilize the designated on-site and off-site parking spaces at your rental.

14. For any issues during your stay, a 72-hour window after check-out is provided to file a claim. Note that refunds won't be issued for claims submitted after this period. We appreciate your cooperation.
