Please note that our Fredericksburg property is located in a peaceful country setting near Cain City, where it is possible to occasionally encounter local wildlife and insects such as ants, beetles, flies, scorpions, bees, hornets, or other native bugs—especially during warmer months. While we maintain a high standard of cleanliness and have regular professional pest control, a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed due to the natural surroundings. Please note that check-ins and check-outs are not permitted on major U.S. holidays, including New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
