'The property is a small but highly functional and comfortable farm house. The property is isolated enough to be quiet and enjoy nature ( we had tons of lightning bugs and saw a doe our first night), but is a quick drive to Gettysburg/Battlefield/Biglerville. The snacks and fresh farm raised fruit was a nice bonus! Would recommend to all! '

'Charming home. You can feel the history in the house and on the entire property. Sitting on the porch in the evening and just watching the fireflies come out, the deer passing through, and hearing the wild turkeys above us, so serene. We spent the days touring Gettysburg and Harpers Ferry taking in all the history and then returned home and we would think about thr history that took place here. If you are looking for a place that is quiet and where you can unwind but still be close to everything...
