« Il y a un certain laisser aller dans cet hôtel . Les repas sont servis normalement jusqu’à 14 h mais si vous arrivez à 13 h 30 l on ne vous sert plus . Le réassort de bouteilles d eaux ( pour lequel l on paye un supplément journalier ) n est pas systématiquement fait , j ai dû en demander à la réception plusieurs fois . Une fois ma chambre n a même pas été faite !!! Le personnel de la réception est par contre très réceptif aux demandes et mets tout en œuvre pour aider . Nous avons séjourné...

« J’ai réservé à cet endroit notamment parce que le déjeuner était inclus. Il ne l’était pas. Le restaurant était fermé en soirée. Il y avait un frais de stationnement de 15$ non annoncé. Le reste était impeccable. »

« Everything was Great at the property. I had a lil hiccup upon check in with the front desk when I arrived. The problem was eventually fixed but that’s the reason for four stars. The property and service is great and if I’m ever at national harbor in the future this will be my choice of stay. »
