'Keurig hotel met op de kamer evt kookgelegenheid en een koelkast. Ruime kamers met een ruime badkamer. Gemakkelijk gelegen aan highway 1. Prima hotel voor een zakenreis. Het ontbijt is typisch Amerikaans en niet heel uitgebreid.'

'De wifi was erg traag en niemand van de staf nam enige moeite om er iets aan te doen terwijl bekend was dat het een probleem was.'

'I checked into my room and went into the bathroom. I then notice big pieces of hair all over the floor, sink, and against the wall. I went to the lobby to asked to have it cleaned. Housekeeping came with a roller and rolled the floor. I went back to inspect and no hair had been removed. I took pictures and took it back to the lobby where I was told they would have housekeeping to come clean while I was out. When I got back to my surprise no one had came. Bathroom still looked the same hair...

'Very enjoyable stay - comfortable beds and close to the Metro. Liked that they had a bar to meet up with friends. We did not eat at the hotel but other restaurants were in close proximity. I would stay there again.'

'Felt safe the hotel was favorite of truck drivers. Room was clean but the a/c was tepid just glad it was a week when the humidity was bearable. Received what I paid for.'

'Very clean and great staff. Only complaint was the AC/Heating unit is located next to the head of the bed and was noisy especially when cycling off.'

'Unfortunately I am extremely disappointed by my stay. 1. The Air conditioner was too noisy as if it’s not serviced from a long time. The noise was soo loud that it was difficult to sleep the entire night. 2. The next morning there was no hot water. we had no option but to use chilling cold water for the shower as well.'

'From the time I entered the hotel the guy at the desk, sorry I don’t remember his name, was immediately pleasant, professional and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here.'

'Everything was Great at the property. I had a lil hiccup upon check in with the front desk when I arrived. The problem was eventually fixed but that’s the reason for four stars. The property and service is great and if I’m ever at national harbor in the future this will be my choice of stay.'
