'Very good communication through the entirety of the stay. room is all you really need for one person and it is well maintained. view is great, would stay again. '

'Loved the condo! It was perfect for what I needed which was a space for me to visit my daughter and have her stay with me. Girl time! The location was close to everything and short distance to the resort. I love that the trail is right there and so is Safeway. We stayed the year before in Winter Park but it was dark and not as spacious. This was bright and cheery! Thanks!'

'This entire complex is very old and tired looking from the outside. Built in the 70s, it could use some TLC for the buildings and landscaping to improve the grounds. The clubhouse is small for the number of units it serves. This particular unit was comfortable on the inside except for the heat. Even at 8500 feet, it gets warm during the day in the summer. This unit has limited ventilation to let in cooler evening air. Since it is on the first floor, it doesn't make sense to keep the screen...

'Great location, very close to town. The pool and tennis courts were great!'

'Great location, great views, wonderful neighbors and very clean. We did have an issue with the tv, however, the management company was contacted and made aware for future guests. The dumpster has a lock on it, but the neighbors were able to provide a key at one point. The VRBO provided most of the basic necessities and was extremely accommodating. We highly recommend this stay!'

'This unit was beautifully redone. Complete luxury inside.'
