'It was a good deal for a 3-bedroom place that puts you about the same time from the airport as is does to downtown Colorado Springs. There were no hiccups aside from me making one major , "whoopsie", but the host understood and it was quickly resolved. It was a lovely place to stay. Thanks for hosting us!Cons: The front door is kinda sticky. When that's the worst thing to say about a place, you know it's pretty great.'

Activities in Colorado Springs were a reasonable drive, groceries, etc., were very convenient, and the Lodge was a delightful retreat from the city! 'We were 5 families total. We did a lot - the mountain zoo, the North Pole theme park, Paint Mines hike, Rainbow Gulch hike to reservoir, the Broadmoor hotel, cliff dwellings, etc. We had a great time! Loved the backyard - the grandkids loved playing back there. We even had a hailstorm in June - maybe lasted 1/2 hour. Super cool! '
