'Frankston Bay Motel has decent sized rooms, comfortable bed, close to shops and beach, convenient to transport arterials and trains. The staff were polite and the room was clean while using eco friendly cleaning protocols.'

'The hotel is situated conveniently in between the retail and entertainment outlets on the one hand and the beach on the other. Both are at walking distance. The room itself was very large and pleasantly decorated. Overall good quality furnishing and mattress.'

'Uitstekende prijs kwaliteit verhouding pub restaurant 20 meter'

'Bed maakt herrie Airco rammelt En heel irritant knipperledje op de brandmelder lijkt wel flits van camera s'nachts'

'Mooie ruime, maar eenvoudige kamer op een rustige locatie. Mornington is een leuke plaats en je kunt van het hotel gemakkelijk naar het strand en het centrum wandelen (of rijden). Het ontbijt viel erg tegen vanwege de onaantrekkelijke ruimte, de kwaliteit van de producten en de beperkte keuze. 'I liked the atmosphere and the gameing room to win lots But apart from the room we stayed in some other or whoever were makeing too much noise and fighting outside can hear it outside the room we stayed in other then was okay'

'Very good 👍 I recommend to anyone'

'Ruime kamer, goed bed en fijne douche. Niet heel schoon op de grond en plinten.'

'Not at all what the site looked like '

'Bed was way too soft in the middle causing uncomfortable night. The walls had patch repairs looked very rough. Shower pressure was very low. Half a roll of toilet paper only supplied. Heating didn’t work. Parking was not very well marked out. Did not say anywhere that the hotel is situated right beside a local aerodrome and would be planes coming in and out from 7am in the morning. Feels like it could really do with a good spruce up to a better level of quality'

'Good'

'I like the apartment it’s have a lot of space. And the unique about this apartment is the parking but a bit squishy. The Aircon was dirty, kitchen utensils are dirty, plates are dirty,no spoons'
