Riads in Frankfort

'interior was very nice, toiletries etc were exceptional! driving up and seeing the property, I was about ready to turn around and go back, it was pathetic. took a few minutes to locate the driveway, and parking was very tight. but knowing what to expect next time, I would return'

'Info provided for directions was helpful since GPS did get confused... ours switched the names of the last 2 roads, but we were prepared and found it even though it was dark! It is a small condo, but worked for our purpose of a place to stay while touring some distilleries. Suggestion to help with the tiny bathroom... maybe another mirror with a table/shelf outside the bathroom or a table/ shelf in the bedroom so you could use the mirror there. Thank you! '

'The property is a repurposed historic home and the rooms very unique in the best way. Staff was so accommodating from housekeeping to restaurant and bar servers. Also, it's just a short walk to local shopping, restaurants and historic sites. We'll definitely be back.'

'This is our 4th time staying at this property and definitely not our last. Kelley is fantastic! There is a wonderful pizza joint within walking distance. Buffalo Trace is about 5-6 min drive. Poppy ‘s Bakery ( thank you Kelley for the delicious surprise on our door Saturday morning) is a must and we found a hole in the wall joint for breakfast not far down the road, Shelby’s. Would we recommend this property to stay… ABSOLUTELY!!! '

'There are wonderful outdoor spaces and appreciated the ease of entry. There was plenty of coffee and toiletries the kitchen was well appointed. Good central location.'

'The St. Clair in Frankfort is a charming boutique stay in a beautifully restored historic building, with loft-style studios full of character, an easy walk to downtown restaurants, and a convenient drive to nearby bourbon distilleries and Churchill Downs. There’s even a hidden speakeasy on-site, if you can solve the riddle to get in! Just know that, as with many historic loft properties, you may hear some noise from guests staying above you.'

'Loft was clean inside and well stocked with essentials. We didn’t really cook but it looked equipped with needed items. Decor was fun! It was centrally located to several distilleries and to Louisville for exploring the city! '
