« Location is amazing. So nice to be a few steps from Jungle Cafe! Pool and beach have great set ups. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Kitchen had cooking necessities. Only complaints (and hate to complain about paradise, but if this means a lot to you) was that sick sick? What’s going on? Yeah does anyone at home now? « A clean modern condo with 1 king and 1 queen, in a pretty quiet complex that seems that some units are probably rented out and some are only used by family and friends. There were always multiple security guards and we saw them far more often than we did any other guests.This unit has its own hot tub on the roof with a view of the ocean across the parking lot, and so you are pretty close to the ocean. There is a fancy house between you and the ocean view, but you can still see waves and water....

« Exactly as pictured/described. We LOVED enjoying the personal plunge pool after a day of adventuring to cool down and listen to the ocean. It is on the top floor with construction next door, as was included in the description but it did not interfere with our enjoyment at all. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful with questions and freely provided suggestions for activities. The AC was great at night while we opened the doors for the warm breeze if in the room during the day....

« We arrived in the evening. The host made us at the gate and showed us around the property. He’s a very gracious and professional host. The location is it the Tulum country club. Not on the same side as the golf course but since we are not golfers, we were happy with the location. There are six units in the building with its own swimming pool and added bonus behind the property is a Sanota stocked well with fish. The condo is beautiful and well equipped. We will definitely stay here again. »

« The apartment was dirty and dusty. We were 3 people and didn’t get the 2 bedroom apartment because we wanted the one that had the private hot tub in the balcony which only had one bedroom and when we got in the place to be able to relax the hot tub was dirty and broken and I told them and they wouldn’t send anybody to come fix it. Also the dishes were dirty and the sink in the kitchen barely had water to wash dishes, the water in the shower was like salt water terrible, and no where to find...

« We stayed for an entire month and absolutely loved the accommodations, location, and owners Jesus and Perdita. They were so gracious and accommodating even bringing us some homemade treats a couple times. The apartment and grounds were clean and well maintained, and the location was close to restaurants, markets, and the beach. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying here. »

"L’hôtel est super bien! Très propre! Les piscines aussi! Le personnel est tres jasant, quoique peu jasant! Nous étions devant un quartier très bien et l’autre un peu dévaster, et aurions aimé être avisé que la circulation tardive pouvait ou devait être risqué. Autrement, une fois que nous contournons cet endroit, tout était bien! Nous avons louer les vélos et navigué au alentours sans problème! Merci Copal! Ps restaurant est excellent! Comme beaucoup de resto à Tulum. "

"Our stay at the Grand Sirenis Resort was incredible. The resort, paths, pool and beach are breathtaking. The entertainment employees were friendly and entertaining, especially Erik and Cecilio. The concierges at our building were very welcoming and helpful, so a big thank you to Adair, Luis, Jorge and Yessica. And Eduardo from Guest Services was a pleasant surprise to our stay. Every time he checked in on us, it was warm and friendly and we felt like if there were any issues, he would help us out. We recommend this resort to anybody wishing to visit the Riviera Maya region, with or without kids."
