'Unable to use tub due to extreme mold and rust. Any attention brought to this resulted in gaslighting, while other guests were refunded for the same issue? Marriot should be ashamed. Its worth mentioning that it was impossible to get someone to attend to the room for service, and the elevator is on its last legs. The doors often opened while misaligned with the floor, which was terrifying.'

'Great stay! Would recommend but note that there are several messages and forms you receive prior to check-in. When we got to the concierge desk to check-in, they asked for our room number, and I had no idea where to find it in amongst all the messages/documents. So, stay here but just know there will be a series of things to do in advance and it would be helpful to make a note of info from those documents to have easily on hand. '
