'When I got to the room, there was no wifi connection for the roku. Showed excellent signal, but would not connect. Because it is a roku set, no signal could be made without wifi. The staff gave me instructions at the counter, but in hindsight, they knew the problem and knew I would not connect. I was there for a total of 20 minutes and they would not allow me to cancel. 'The property is very good. Very clean and comfortable. Front desk Staff is a little unprofessional. When checking, another customer and I waited at the desk for a long time before getting assistance. I had to knock on the door to get someone to come out from the back. They did not seem very happy to wait on us either. Breakfast the next day ran out of hot food by 8:30 and there wasn’t anyone around to replenish anything including cups and silverware.'

'Desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The room had dust on the shelves & the toilet would keep running after flushing, but was fine otherwise. The kitchenette was well-stocked and contained everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable & the A/C always kept the room a consistent temperature, which was great.'
