'Apparently room make up no longer done when staying more than a day. Returned after a long day not to a relaxing atmosphere but to make own bed and call for clean towels not supplied for second day. coffee good and fresh fruit great but eggs and whatever protein rather awful.'

'If you're a self-employed man travelling for business and don't need your hotel to be especially fancy, this will be a fine place to stay. The room was clean. I wouldn't go to this hotel for a romantic weekend, unless it was just totally carnal, in which case, I guess what's outside your room doesn't matter. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Generally, it's got a bit of a crumbling vibe, but they are trying their best to stay on top of it. The price was what drew me there, and if I had it...

'No curtains on our window and the shade did not work. Light from the parking lot shined through the window all night. No hair dryer in the bathroom. Asked staff for one and was told they didn’t have any. Hair dryer and room darkening shades are both listed on the booking.'

'I booked two queen beds. When I opened up the door it was a king. I asked for a cot. They did not have any. Ice machines weren't working.'

'Carpets were filthy, the room smelled. The smoke alarm went off at 8 am because someone in an upstairs room was smoking. The pool was closed. They wanted to charge $70 to stay an extra 3 hours (our tournament got pushed back so we asked if we could stay a few hours extra). Overall I do not recommend.'

I had to call the desk to get someone there. The gentleman there was okay but showed no welcoming or congenial attitude. 'It was clean and peaceful!!!!'

'This is a decent hotel. The issue we experienced was that our room thermostat did not work. The only employee on duty was at the front desk during a Holiday weekend. However, we figured out how to turn on the fan manually. It appears this hotel is understaffed. The staff was friendly and tried to help as much as possible.'
