When checking, another customer and I waited at the desk for a long time before getting assistance. I had to knock on the door to get someone to come out from the back. They did not seem very happy to wait on us either. Breakfast the next day ran out of hot food by 8:30 and there wasn’t anyone around to replenish anything including cups and silverware.'

'We stayed at Drury Inn for 1 night while in Columbus for a concert. It was perfect. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Location was about a 15 minute walk to Kemba Live!. The free breakfast was very good. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. Exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had a great stay.'
