'Brand new and wonderful!'

'Although we arrived while outside painting was being done, the painters interacted with us as we walked around their ladders and rolled over cloth and covered ground. We were pleased to see that the entire building was receiving an upgrade. We look forward to making your establishment top drawer for our stay in the downtown or south columbus area. All of the other ammenities were satisfactory as well.'

'Carpets were filthy, the room smelled. The smoke alarm went off at 8 am because someone in an upstairs room was smoking. The pool was closed. They wanted to charge $70 to stay an extra 3 hours (our tournament got pushed back so we asked if we could stay a few hours extra). Overall I do not recommend.'

'The property was gross. The room smelled, the ac smelled when it was on. The elevator was out of order and had to get a room downstairs. The desk clerk came very with a bottle of febreeze because he knew the room smelled. I would not recommend this property to anyone.'

'This was a wonderful stay for just getting a night sleep! The front desk and housekeeping staff were super nice and chill. The room itself was basic but seemed to have just been renovated! The wifi connection was pretty slow, so if you need to do work that requires a strong connection at the hotel, this one may not be for you! But overall it was a nice night!'

'It is definitely an older property. Our air conditioner was broken so we were quite warm duirng our 1 day stay. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk,they said they would make a note of it...no apology, no “we’ll fix it”.'
