'My husband and I use this hotel as a getaway from our busy lives. The rooms are dark, cool, and so quiet. You can’t ask for a friendlier and more professional staff. 'When entering the room we found the pull out couch bed was opened with no sheets, white stains, and a dirty sheet laying on it. The next morning when getting ready to leave we found a cockroach crawling on the wall. Still waiting for the manager to contact me. For spending over $300 for one night I expect a clean room with no bugs. '

'Rooms could always be cleaner, but this was pretty good. Breakfast was good even in the cramped lobby. Hot food, decent selection. Staff was amazing! Front desk woman was so kind and went above and beyond.'

'Hotel is older and staffed at a minimum. Long check in lines and 2 of the 4 elevators were not working. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Was there for a concert at OSU and did not want to spend $1000 per night on a hotel room. So for what we paid we realized it was about as good as we were going to get. '
