'Desk staff were very friendly & helpful. The room had dust on the shelves & the toilet would keep running after flushing, but was fine otherwise. The kitchenette was well-stocked and contained everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable & the A/C always kept the room a consistent temperature, which was great.'

'The property is very good. Very clean and comfortable. Front desk Staff is a little unprofessional. When checking, another customer and I waited at the desk for a long time before getting assistance. I had to knock on the door to get someone to come out from the back. They did not seem very happy to wait on us either. Breakfast the next day ran out of hot food by 8:30 and there wasn’t anyone around to replenish anything including cups and silverware.'

'Our room was very dirty. Old splatters on wall (looked like pasta sauce), food in refrigerator that wasn’t ours, shower didn’t even work, and the dressers were caked in dirt + old food. The smoke detector was hanging off the cieling with germsI think we spent around $100, and honestly you’d be better staying at a one star hotel for less than here. It was the same experience as a one star. Definitely not worth the price. The location is nice since there is a lot around like stores.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I was a bit worried that it may be hot staying on the 3rd floor in the middle of summer, but it was nice and cool and very quiet and relaxing! Great water pressure in the shower. Tracy is an amazing host! I would highly recommend staying here!'

'We stayed at Drury Inn for 1 night while in Columbus for a concert. It was perfect. All of the staff that we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. Location was about a 15 minute walk to Kemba Live!. The free breakfast was very good. I wasn't expecting it to be that good. Exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. We had a great stay.'
