'Nice neighborhood, clear communication from host and decently priced'

'It was average. I don't love not having hand towels. I'm not sure how it's eco-friendly to use papertowels to dry your hands. We were given an extra three towels and like other reviewers have said, very thin below-average towels that have been very well-used. The couches were very uncomfortable. The beds were fine, but no top sheet which I did not appreciate because I'm guessing they aren't washing those comforters between guests. It was in a decent neighborhood. We appreciated the kitchen...

'The property was clean and great value.'

'Kevin was such a nice host and was very communicative with me in getting the night through smoothly for my cousin's wedding party. As my first experience in using Vrbo, I had many questions, and he answered them efficiently. The house was as expected and super clean (You understand why shoes are not allowed inside haha). Bedrooms, bathrooms, garage, kitchen and living room were beautiful.Only thing I would recommend is adjusting check out time to 11 AM instead of 10 AM. Noise level is pretty...

'Great place for R&R close to the Beach and Disneyland. We throughly enjoyed our stay.'

'Our family recently stayed at this location. The unit sleeps 8 and there were 5 of us, although originally it was booked for 4 people. The owner (who lives on site) texted and asked how many people were staying. We told him 5 and he said we would have to pay an additional 25/day for the “extra” person. The listing never stated that they charged per guest. The property also did not accommodate 8 people at the table for a meal. There were only 3 chairs (one was broken). The living room had a small...

'Convenient location to Disney. Quiet area. Friendly host. '

'Nice place conveniently located. Would definitely stay again!'

'Note to future renters: there are no ceiling fans. If you're someone who likes to have air moving, pack a travel size fan. There are also no tvs in the bedrooms. The living room is okay. 1 comfy couch and 2 sitting chairs. If you're group is larger than 3 it's not a great community area, but it's the only chill option. The backyard is great, but could use more seating. This home is close to LOTS of stores and restaurants and only a 15 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood is lively. Cars...

'All was very clean what we like the most was it was pet friendly'

'Was nice some of the kitchen utensils could use an update but mostly everything was great. Had a nice time with my family it was pleasant. The only thing was the people who were staying next door the walls are not so sound proof and parking was annoying. But that is not the host it is the people. So if someone was talking near the wall you can hear everything. But nothing major that would persuade me to not stay there besides cost since I can’t splurge on a rental so big every weekend.'

'Great stay for our group. The place was clean and could accommodate everything we needed. '

'It was clean, had what we needed. It is close to the beach and shopping. Also we were able to park off the street. There were beach towels & toys. That was a nice touch.'

'This was an excellent property for all of us with 6 bedrooms and 4 baths (we had 12 people). We all remarked how comfortable the beds and pillows are and how well equipped the house is with oil and balsamic and a whole rack of spices. A keurig w supplied pods (!!!) and a coffee pot (with coffee!!!!). The host was very responsive and helpful with everything. Check in and out was super easy. The place has 2 units - 1 main w 4 rooms and 2 baths and the “unit” w 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both...

'This unit was great for our family; 5 adults and 2 adult children. Each family had their own room and bathroom which was a must for us. The rooms and bathroom were spacious for us. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was provided. Towels, extra blankets and pillows, washing machine with laundry detergent, blow dryer, tooth brush, etc. The whole entire unit was very clean and well maintained. My adult children even played the pool table one night. Check in and check out was a breeze....
