'The room was outdated and could use some refreshing. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t much better. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff so I can’t really say they were good or bad. Housekeeping was good - we had fresh towels daily. The pool area was very crowded and only one pool was useable due to it being pretty cold (no fault to the hotel - weather was on the chilly side and its early march). Overall the hotel was okay, I just don’t think it was...

'Staff was absolutely amazing! Super helpful. Had an issue with the toilet in the room and they made sure to take care of it immediately. The outdoor pool could be heated for those who travel from colder climates. Breakfast was ok…could be better. '

'You pay for why you get., The lady who was running the breakfast bar had ear bud in and was snorting/ sucking snot up her nose constantly. She even instructed herself between me and my daughter to straighten something on counter and snorted in our faces..: BEYOND DISCUSTING!!'

'I liked the room, the bed was very nice I had a very good sleep! When we open the room door my husband saw a cockroach and without I see he killed and told me just after check out. Breakfast is very simple, staff friendly and nice location.'
