This beautiful newly updated elegant condo will give the perfect touch to your beach vacation. Maravilla is a gated family friendly community with two swimming pools, tennis courts, basket ball goal, and outdoor showers. One of the swimming pools is located beside the clubhouse while the other is located with a view of the beautiful emerald gulf.

It is a great place for families to use alone or share with friends. It offers a vacation with all the comforts and amenities of home! It is only a short distance from Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons, the water park, restaurants and walking distance from Pompano Joe's, Captain Dave's & Kenny D's! Maravilla is located on the 'beach road' which allows you to enjoy the beautiful ocean while you walk your pet or ride your bike.


Maravilla 3203 is a non-smoking condo that will make you feel right at home! With it's custom cabinets, hardwood floors, and comfortable furniture you are sure to enjoy your stay the moment you set foot inside. High definition LCD TV's occupy the living room and master bedroom. The balcony is a great place to start the morning out! There is nothing more relaxing than enjoying the ocean view while you drink your morning coffee! This beautiful condo also now comes with two chairs and one umbrella to make your stay even better!

We enjoyed being right across the street from the beach. I love that it is pet friendly. There were plenty of dishes and towels. If you stay a long time with a group of people, you may have to purchase more toilet paper. Would stay again next year if my dates were available. Super cute condo in a great location. Community is across the street from the beach, but the unit was away from the traffic/pedestrian noise, which was a plus for us. It was well equipped with the things we needed. My family and I plan to book again for future visits to Destin.

This property looks just like the pictures. Very beautiful clean and cozy. The beach is a very short 5min walk with a private entrance for owners and guests. The beach set up for chairs and umbrellas was very convenient. We usually have to buy these items when we visit. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again. Thank you for such an amazing place!

Short walk to the beach or pool. Condo was very nice and clean. Only complaint is it must be a new company running the chair rental on the beach and they wouldn’t allow us to reserve chairs for the next day without payment. But no complaints on the condo.

Overall, it was just OK, definitely needs upgrading. The bathrooms were not cleaned well at all, there were stains on the quilts in master bedroom and almost uncomfortable to touch anything based on their rules and regulations prior to coming in and having to do the laundry we should get paid for housekeeping. The first time I’ve ever stayed anywhere and had to clean up directly after myself definitely a dealbreaker. The hand soaps were old used plastic dispensers at least get nice decorative ones not something that hundreds of people have used. Overall property was nice and close to the beach.

The condo is in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and close to a couple restaurants. Lots of good walking paths. Condo was not set up with shower wash , or shampoo. Lots of notes in property to remind you not to do things. Guest bath needs updated very dark in bathroom.

Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! It was stocked with every practical item you may need during a family beach vacation - the chair and umbrella setup each day was so nice and convenient! We enjoyed the pools, amenities, walked around the property, enjoyed the gym and hot tub! Everyone was so kind and friendly and there were lots of pet owners as well. Overall, great experience and highly recommend! We even had to change our check in and check out dates, and the owners were quick to respond and accommodate our request. Thank you!!

We just finished our week and can’t say enough how beautiful the location is. The condo is very nice with a good view of the ocean. The beach is amazing. The sand is hard to describe and the association beach is right in front of the building. The condo comes with two chairs and umbrella that are available for you when you get out to the beach. Great visit and highly recommend.
