« We have been routinely been coming to the Ft Walton area for about 2 years now, and I can’t believe we haven’t stayed here before. Housekeeping was fantastic, front staff was lovely, and everything was incredibly well maintained. There were some elevator issues while we were there, but we were not affected. We traveled with 2 labs, and it was so nice to have so much lawn space around the property for them to walk around. They also had smart TV’s, which was appreciated. Great shower pressure, bed...

« Overall, my stay was great. The only critiques I have are that if you get to breakfast at 6:30 depending on who’s serving it it can be a little late and the food is lukewarm and they have no microwave to heat it up. They are pretty good about staying on top of refilling things. The only other downside is there isn’t a huge amount of parking so if you get to the hotel later at night, all the parking spots are usually filled. The beds are firm, but I like a firm bed.
