Cabanes à Fort Payne

« Nice area to stay at to relax and enjoy a few days of not having to doing nothing but rest. »

« Everything was great, even though I was only staying one night. I definitely intend to make use of this cabin again. »

« This was the perfect cabin for me, my husband and 6 year old. We loved exploring the outside and playing the large Jenga inside when it rained. »

« The cabin was a great escape for a long weekend. The only complaint was the small bed and thin, poor mattress. »

« My niece and i live 5 hours apart so we decided to meet halfway in Mentone to visit before she moved to Maryland. Easy directions, great location, short distance to Mentone and Desoto State Park. We loved the cabin! Very beautifully decorated and stocked with everything needed. The bed and couch were very comfortable for sleeping, plenty of room for 2 people. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. Even tried the "Instant Pot"! Nice sized porch. My niece and i hung out there for hours chatting and...

« The minute I walked into the Owl’s Nest I felt like I had entered into a little slice of heaven. The cabin was immaculately clean and tidy. Instructions for check in and check out were simple and easy. I definitely want to rent this one again. »

« The house is thoughtfully detailed in every corner - a welcoming porch, a warmly lit living area, super comfortable beds, and everything very clean. We enjoyed both the wood burning firepit in front and the pretty glass firepit in back. The lights around all the outdoor areas make the outside relaxing and so usable! The covered hot tub was a joy to lounge in. My two girls loved having their own loft space above. We were greeted with a basket of smores and popcorn, plenty of coffee, extras in the...

« Overall, everything was great. The house was very clean, the beds were very clean. The house is accessible by motorcycle. We had an amazing stay and riding in the area. The deck and firepit are great and very relaxing. The propane grill was clean and full. One wish would be for covered parking with motion lights, and more comfortable mattresses. We will definitely be repeat customers.Cleanliness 10/10Area 10/10Accessible 10/10Parking 9/10 security lights neededBathrooms 10/10Kitchen 10/10Deck...

« Loved the cabin. We were looking for a relaxing place to stay and this was it! We will be coming back. »

« The Cabin was nice but it could use some work, the ceiling in the front bathroom was starting to fall and a few other spots was starting to separate. The Queen bed was upstairs with a Full size bed downstairs. It had a hot tub but it was separate from the Cabin. Overall it was a nice place and we enjoyed ourselves. »

« Check in was easy and the host was just a text away at any given moment, but thankfully because we didn't have any issues, it wasn't needed. The cabin was just as listed (though we did not test the hot tub), the A/C was wonderful inside and the bedding soft and comfortable, though the mattress is a bit firm. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee watching deer go by is absolutely worth waking up a bit stiff. »
