HARBOUR TOWER 316 offers beautiful Gulf views from the 3rd floor screened-in, balcony of this Sanibel Harbour, Florida vacation rental. With a palate of neutral, cranberry, dark yellow and green tones this vacation rental offers a simple yet enjoyable vacation rental experience. The outdoor views can't be beat, overlooking the sparkling waters of the San Carlos Bay as they flow to the Gulf of Mexico; keep your eye out for the dolphins as they play. Manatee can also be seen from your balcony. Our condos come with fully equipped Kitchens to make cooking your meals easy. There is an TV in the living room, and both bedrooms, along with WIFI throughout. Enjoy a meal on your furnished balcony while taking in the beautiful sunset! You'll find a King bed in the primary bedroom, and two twins in the guest bedroom. Walk-in closet and separate soaking tub in the master bath. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6 people.

Neighborhood: Enjoy a meal at one of the Marriott Restaurants while staying in the Harbour Tower. A coffee shop in the lobby, or the Steakhouse near the Spa might suit your fancy. There is also a walking trail to explore if you wish to walk outdoors.

Getting Around: We suggest having a car if you plan to spend a number of days enjoying the area beaches and shops. If only here for a short visit, a car is not needed with the restaurants next door to explore.

Guest Interaction: The ease of checking in directly to your Vacation Rental is one of the positive experiences our customers enjoy, however, we do have offices on site if you need any assistance while you visit, or before you travel.

Simple. A reservation specialist was a phone call away, both before and during our stay. Very quiet condo, in a building by itself at the end of a peninsula. Beautiful landscaping. Stunning sunset views every night. Pool and private small beach on the property. I want to come back here again! I loved it!!

Beautiful views, very well maintained

Beautiful views off the screened balcony. Pool and private beach just steps off the elevator. Close to Ft Meyers and Sanibel for many dining options. Next door to Marriott with amenities including a sunset dinner cruise. Unit was clean and well stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. Only complaint was older neighbors on balconies below talking loud at 6 and 7am making it hard to sleep, when quiet hours are posted as 10pm-8am.

Loved the view, pool, and location !!

The location was unbelievably convenient. So easy to do our day trips and great restaurants so close. The only thing that needs to be fixed is no hot water( not even warm ) in the front bathroom shower and the masterbath shower needs better water volume/flow. The masterbath closet also needs lightbulb.

Weekend Getaway for the Family

We had a wonderful time at the "Crab House" as we affectionately called this home away from home. Beautiful space for all of us to spread out or spend family time together. Loved the view, the beach, the pool and more. We definitely will be coming again! Thank you for your hospitality!

Florida get away

Nice condo. Enjoyed the beach and the area. Found some really good restaurants near by. Only negative was dryer wasn’t working when arrived and did not get fixed the week we was there. They did do our laundry once during the week for us, which was appreciated. But we wanted to do laundry before we flew home and not able to. Older model of washer and dryer, need to invest in newer model.

Beautiful location - the amenities are wonderful!

The kids loved playing in the pool, and then heading right over to the small beach. It was great to be able to have such simple things so close that enabled us to kick back and relax during this chaotic year. The place was spacious, and we spent nearly every night eating out on the beautiful screened-in patio as the sun set... Can't wait to go back again soon!
