Condo in Ft. Myers

After a top-to-bottom renovation after Ian, our condo is BACK BETTER THAN EVER!
Completely new kitchen, appliances, lighting, flooring, painting, and furniture. It is SCRUMPTIOUS! We took the "lemon" of Ian and turned it into the lemonade of a beautifully updated condo. And, since I can never do anything "cheap," it is GORGEOUS.

For 2024, our condo will be available to 1 "snowbird" for rental, starting earlyJanuary or February 1, 2024 through mid/end of April, 2024 (or longer). The main requirement is a minimum of a 2-month rental.

Again - we do not rent by week or by month - just to one renter who wants to spend at least 2 months (preferably 2.5 or 3 months) in Ft Myers in the winter. This reflects condo bylaws - they don't want people coming and going every week throughout the development.
