Condo building is located on a private beach. Access to the beach, condo pool and jacuzzi/ hotpool spa are free to condo guests. Sunloungers are located both poolside and on the beach.

Set in a resort setting, there is always plenty to do (jogging trail, fishing pier, sport equipment rental on site...).

Located steps away from the Four Diamond Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort and Spa with resort-styled swimming pools, renowned tennis courts, full service spa and fitness centre, fishing pier... Guest passes to the Marriott facilities are available on a daily or weekly basis (subject to availability and additional fees at the discretion of the Marriott )

Sports rental equipment shop is located on site offering rental of kayaks, wave runners, paddle doors, fishing equipment...

Luxury dinner cruise boat is located on site and sets out for sunset dinners - reservations required via the Marriott Hotel.

The unit includes all the amenities of a home including a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. All the essential for a stay-cation: blender, crockpot, Keurig coffee machine, electric filter coffee machine….

Large living room faces out to the San Carlos Bay. Living room has a flat screen tv. Plenty of seating space with 2 sofas: large new leather recliner sofa and new sofa that pulls out to a bed (drapes are fully lined with blackout lining). New sofas installed 2023 along with new coffee table.

Master bedroom ( with king sized bed and television) is well appointed with a new en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower (renovated 2023) and plenty of closet and draw space for a comfortable long stay. New mattress installed in 2022. Master bedroom has direct access to lania.

The second bedroom with a queensize bed and twin bed comfortably sleeps 3. New beds and mattresses installed in November 2022. The room has a large closet and flat screen tv. Second bathroom is a full bathroom with a full bath/shower. Closet in bathroom for extra storage

The third bedroom would be any child's delight! Bright and light coloring. The special bunk bed ( twin over a double) makes this a comfortable room for 3. Flat screen TV and comfortable chair for viewing TV or reading.

The third bathroom has recently been fully renovated. Large marble vanity and full wall mirror. Bath tub/ shower with sliding glass doors.

The living room sofa contains a pullout full-size bed.

The enclosed lanai has dining tables and chairs to accommodate up to 8 people. All televisions have Xfinity/Comcast. In addition high-speed wifi Internet access available within the condo for no additional charge.

Parking is free of charge. 2 parking passes will be provided.

This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed per condominium rules.
