There is still construction occurring across the island and the experience will not be the same as what it was prior to Hurricane Ian, but much progress has been made in the past year. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers. *

You will have access to a heated pool, tennis courts, outdoor seating and grills, beach access, bird watching, shuffleboard, and friendly neighbors.

This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. Per condo association rules, all guests upon arrival to the complex must sign in with the onsite office at EBT to complete registration forms and receive their parking pass.

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).
