Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath Condo

  • Mooi gerenoveerd appartement in de Santa Maria Harbour Resort ligt aan de rustige zuidkant van Ft. Meyers strand. U kunt aan de overkant van de weg naar het strand te lopen. Ook het appartement kijkt uit op de Fish Tale Marina. Plaats uw boot recht uit je rug deur!

    Het appartement beschikt over een eigen afgeschermd balkon met uitzicht op het enorme verwarmd zwembad met stappen die leiden naar het water in het ondiepe gedeelte, een jacuzzi, sauna en een picknickplaats. Voor degenen die graag een beetje schaduw, is er een tuinhuisje / groot dek met barbecue grills (barbecue gereedschap meegeleverd), tafels, stoelen en parasols. Loop rond het resort aan de vele boten en jachten in de 36-slip haven rond het pand te bekijken. De jachthaven is toevallig ook de thuisbasis van een zeldzame zeekoe reserve.

    Het complex heeft drie slaapkamers met grote ramen. De slaapkamer heeft een king-size bed, vol dressoir met spiegel, een televisie en een full-size badkamer (douche met twee voorgevormde zitplaatsen) en een walk-in closet. De tweede slaapkamer heeft een king-size bed met dressoir w / spiegel. De derde slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden, dressoir w / spiegel. Een tweede full-size badkamer met douche en bad. Volledig ingerichte keuken; full size wasmachine en droger; 42 "plasma flatscreen-tv met meer dan 30 kabel-stations; haardroger, strijkijzer en strijkplank, wekkers evenals starter zeep, toiletpapier en papieren handdoeken.

    Het strand ligt op 5 minuten lopen. We vinden dat er een Holiday Inn op het strand vlak naast ons met een overdekte bar die heerlijk eten, drinken en entertainment heeft. Ze bieden stoel / parasol verhuur die redelijk geprijsd zijn.

    Naast de deur naar de eenheid is Santini Plaza met een aantal goede restaurants, slijterij, CVS, postkantoor en vele winkels. Fish Tale Marina is achter Santini Plaza waar u volop kunt huren uitgeruste boten, hengels en reels, aas emmers en netten. Ze bieden ook charters. Aan de andere kant van het appartement is een golfbaan. Publix supermarkt ligt op 10 minuten rijden. Grote winkels bevinden zich op slechts 20 minuten afstand.

We had a absolutely wonderful time . The condo was clean we had what we needed . The owner communicated great. The pool is very nice . We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as described…Great….lots of room, convenient location. Large heated pool. Close to beach, restaurants, shopping, CVS. Perfect for family with small kids, just a few feet away from the pool

Great location!!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There are plenty of beach towels. Condo is walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. There are also cute shops near by. Very nice pool area. We were able to see the Manatees in the marina. We will be back again!!

We loved staying at the CK do. Quick easy access to the beach! We traveled with our 14, 5, 3 year old and 10 month old. The pool was definitely the favorite! Would definitely stay at the condo if returning to Fort Myers!

It was very reasonable priced nice unit only neither shower was any good and difficult to climb into

Was ok could have been better. Became very ill and was hospitalized with vacation ruined owner pleasant but bathing situation terrible. Maybe try again.

Quiet condo away from action

Condo is well set up for families and couples. The condo pool is nice and large enough for everyone to relax. The hot tub was a little on the smaller size (6 max) but was relaxing. Right on a marina we saw a manatee by the condo. The beach is close, however it is about a half mile away walking. Good location to be away from the busiest areas of FMB and we still had great restaurant options walking distance from the condo. Would have been nice to have beach chairs and a wagon available but we managed without.

Unit needs cleaning and updating

Bathroom floors so dirty. Paper towel rubbed over them came out black. Window shades in one bedroom wound not go up. Rust around refrig door, Lamp shades in one bedroom need replaced. Bedroom dresser drawer fell down when opened. Husband fixed it so we had space for our clothes.

Great condo in a great location!

Well stocked condo including beach chairs, towels, coolers etc. the pool area was cleaned daily, gas grills and a covered gazebo were nice too!

Wonderful location in Estero, central to Bonuta and Ft. Myers Beach. Easily slept 6 people. Very clean property. Highly recommend!!!!

Great escape!!!

This condo was exactly as it was listed. We enjoyed time with family and friends. Great place to play cards/games and escape the COVID. The only thing missing is a metal pan for the oven, but we made do with what we had. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!!

Exactly what we wanted/needed!

We loved our stay in this unit at the Santa Maria and we’ve stayed in over 10units here. The decor is warm and welcoming, perfect for the beach. There were a plethora of bath and pool towels. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots, etc and even a crock pot! The kids loved walking out to the patio and finding friends at the pool. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Quiet & convenient

Our 3 generation family spent Christmas & New Years weeks at this condo. It was a quiet area of the island. We spent most of the day at the large pool with a short walk to the beach to enjoy the sunsets at night. Everything was furnished that you could need from beach accessories, to strollers for the little ones. It is convenient to restaurants & shopping. Diane is very friendly & it was pleasure to rent from her.

Right space in the right place for a fabulous stay

A split floor plan allows for maximum comfort. Completely renovated for function and appeal, this condo did not disappoint for location either. The beach, shopping and a variety of dining are all within walking distance or hop onto a trolley or take a short drive to everything the beach has to offer. And there is plenty. Dining outside is a popular choice. So many places to watch the gorgeous sunsets or dance the night away. The locals are friendly and hospitable. The unit overlooks the pool and the screened balcony makes it a pleasant past time. Diane makes the whole process easy and convenient.

Perfect Location, Very Close to Beach but still quiet!

Our family stayed at this condo for Thanksgiving week this year. It was just as described and the location was perfect. The decor was inviting and I REALLY enjoyed having my morning coffee on the lanai while watching the kids at the pool. We were supplied with everything we could need and made Thanksgiving dinner without any trouble. We were near enough to everything to get there quickly, yet far enough away to not hear a bunch of loud distractions. We did have a problem with the AC upon arrival but Diane did everything she could to take care of the problem (not caused by her or any neglect) and even gave us a discount for our troubles. Thank you Diane! You have a lovely space in a perfect place!

Gorgeous is correct!!!!

Because we love manatees, and know that we will see them almost every day in the canal next to the pool,our family has been staying at the Santa Maria for 17 years. Many times in this unit. We were told that it was remodeled and stayed in this unit for two weeks last summer. It is absolutely gorgeous. Completely redone. Of all the condos at the Santa Maria, none can compare to this one. You won't be disappointed. Diane was great to work with, and made sure our visit was good, and we were completely satisfied. We will be there this summer for two more weeks, and hope she'll let us come back for many years to come.
