« Terrible. Construction was going on starting early in the morning and going on all day. We left early because of how uncomfortable we were. Asked for a partial refund and were ignored. Was recouping from cancer treatment andthe constant loud noise made it very difficult. We were not told ahead of time the whole complex was under construction.The building was cold and not very clean. Would definitely not recommend staying at this complex. »

« The property itself was nice. Everything looked like the online pictures. The check in process and checkout process was a bit complicated. I had a hard time finding what I was looking for on the app...specifically the lock box number and code for it. We came to NC to spend some time in the sun. Pretty disappointed to find out the pool was closed when we arrived. Wished we would have known that before we booked our reservation. »
