About apartment #4:

This is the ground floor 2 bed 2 bath apartment with water views from every room.

Completely renovated in 2017 with brand new everything floors, kitchens and bathrooms.

Open plan living area with comfortable seating to watch TV or read a book, a kitchen bar seating for four and a dining table for eight.

The kitchen is modern with brand new high end appliances.
For cooking you have Tri-Ply Stainless steel cooking pans, glasses, plates, chef knives, cutting boards and small appliances.

This apartment features a large covered porch overlooking the back deck, pool and waterway which can be accessed by the two bedrooms and the living room. The porch has two sets of bar height tables and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink.

For each bedroom we provide 2 sets of towels and 2 sets of cotton bed sheets as well as beach towels and extra pillows.

Each bathroom has a hair dryer.

There is an iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner, dust pan and brush.

There is a free air conditioned laundry room on site for the whole condo with 2 washers and two dryers, laundry soap provided.

There is no room service or daily cleaning, but we offer a cleaning service on request for an extra charge.

We have a baby crib available upon request and a safe for you to store your passport or valuables.

We allow children but please note that the condo is not baby or child proof, there are no child locks, the pool is not fenced in and the dock has open access to the waterway.

The whole apartment is for you to use and enjoy your stay. You have a large private porch overlooking the pool, back patio and waterway.
The pool is shared by the 5 apartments. The pool is heated and the jacuzzi can be turned on using an app on your phone.
There are 3 BBQ`s for everyone to use as well as plenty of seating outside, four tables, umbrellas and chaises to get some sun.
There is an air conditioned laundry room on site with free 2 washers and 2 dryers.

BEAUTIFUL POMPANO BEACH!
Pompano beach has completed a multi million dollar improvement in the last few years and is enjoying a development boom with new restaurants, condos, a new pier and a totally remodeled beach area with new walkways, children`s playgrounds and pavilions on the beach by the lookout and fishing Pier.
The beach has lifeguards, restrooms, showers and volleyball courts.
The just finished parking facility by the beach is opening now with new restaurants and retail space.
The Pompano beach Performing Arts Amphitheater is just 2 miles away and is committed to promoting arts and culture in the region with many great shows and performances year round.
For golfers, the recently redesigned and renovated Greg Norman Signature Pines Course is less than 10 minutes away.
A brand new state of the art LA Fitness is less than 2 miles from Kanda Zen, and there are numerous other fitness activities nearby from Crossfit to Yoga, Pilates and personal training.
Pompano is a beach town and there are many water activities available. Fishing and diving/snorkeling tours leave from the marina 5 minutes walk away, and there is a guided boat tour of the intracoastal waterway the Pompano Beach Water Taxi as well as the Fort Lauderdale water Taxi a little further south.
With a total of 52 Parks and Facilities within The City of Pompano Beach, patrons and visitors can enjoy a variety of recreational opportunities.

On Atlantic blvd (a few minutes walk) you will find everything you need, from a surf shop to dry cleaners, grocery stores and restaurants, coffee shops and delicatessen as well as a brew pub, hair and nail salons, spas and of course pizza.
Pompano can provide the relaxed beach vacation feel as well as fine dining and everything in between. Lets not forget Florida`s beautiful year round weather!

If you want to venture out, we are 20 minutes to Boca Raton to the north or 20 minutes to the south is Ft Lauderdale and 45 minutes south to the famous South Beach.

SHOPPING:
Everything is very close to here! The nearest pharmacy is a few blocks north on South riverside drive and you will see it on the right before you get to Atlantic blvd where the drawbridge is.
Publix shopping store is the nearest large grocery store and it is on Atlantic blvd two lights west of the drawbridge.
If you continue west on Atlantic and turn right (north) on US1 a mile or two up the road you will find Macy’s Sears an 18 movie theatre and whole foods as well as many other stores.

RESTAURANTS AND BARS:
Lots to choose near here from casual to more upscale. All walking distance or a couple minutes drive.
Closest bar is the irish Briny Pub right by the beach which many guests have enjoyed so far.
The Foundry on Atlantic Blvd that has good food, cocktails and service as well as a raw bar, and in that general area on Atlantic there are lots of breakfast diners and pizza places, sushi etc.
Next to The Foundry is Vega lounge where you can have cocktails and drinks.
For waterfront dining there is Houstons (american), Sunset catch (italian) and The Rusty Hook all overlooking the intracoastal or the marina in the same area by the drawbridge
Umbertos in the closest pizza & classic italian food in a relaxed atmosphere restaurant opposite the Foundry.
Jacuza by Publix on Atlantic has some great sushi, sake and Thai food.
There is a brew pub called 26 degree brewing on the opposite side of the Foundry and if you like craft beer that is good as well.
There are italian cafe’s (Cafe Sportivo) and delicatessen (Napolitano’s) and more sushi (Take Sushi), a great traditional german restaurant (cheers old Muncher), as well as indian and greek restaurants on Atlantic Blvd also.
Cafe Max offers a very nice Brunch on Sundays and they even offer events like cooking classes. It is on Atlantic just before Public.
The Beach House is the newest addition as a great modern restaurant and bar/lounge right on the beach by the pier so you can look out at the ocean as you relax with your food and drinks.

THE BEACH::
The beach is a few minutes walk to the East of Kanda Zen.
There is surf shop on Atlantic by the marina and a beach shop on A1A (the last street before the beach) by the intersection with Atlantic Avenue for your beach supplies.
Remember we provide Beach Chairs, towels, umbrellas and beach coolers!
The Marina is the place to book fishing and snorkeling charters, jet skis, and even flights above the area! The viewing and fishing pier is on the beach to the north of here about a 10 or 15 minute walk.

There is a local bus service and a water taxi in Pompano beach. Having a car is useful if you want to explore beyond the local area. We have parking for two regular cars behind each other or one large truck for each apartment.
