We had an amazing stay at this Deerfield property! The home was spotless, beautifully updated, and provided the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the beach and Florida nightlife. We especially loved the private pool, jacuzzi, and grill—everything we needed to relax and unwind was right at our fingertips. The location was ideal with easy access to so much, yet it still felt like our own little oasis. We will definitely be back!

Where do I start!?! The house has EVERYTHING. Bikes, beach equipment, an extra roll away bed, towels for the pool, small appliances....we really enjoyed our stay. The cold water bottles in the fridge were a nice bonus!

My husband, his brother and wife, and I were traveling from out of state for a family wedding. Instead of staying in a hotel, we thought this would be a nicer alternative. We could have clean rooms, eat when/what we wanted to, have access to a private pool, not have to encounter several strangers in elevators and other public spaces, etc. Though the home was a little bigger than we needed, it really wasn't. It was nice to have space to be able to do some work (I'm self-employed and never really "off"), spread out in the living room, or by the pool. Everything was super clean, modern, and well-supplied. There was an instruction manual on how to use even the coffee maker. The host supplied beach equipment, which was nice too. The full set of kitchen and laundry appliances were newer though we only used the dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker during our stay. It was quiet but close to shops, 10 minutes from the beach, etc. The host was responsive and made sure to send a few reminders throughout our stay. Our only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

The property was amazing! The heated pool and hot tub were perfect. Location was good, with plenty of stores near by and the beach only a short drive away. Communication with the owner was outstanding. We asked for some baby items and they were all available and prepped for us. They responded within minutes to a small issue and they were there to correct it immediately. Thank you for a wonderful week and we hope to visit again!

The location was the perfect stay. We truly felt like being at home away from home. It was very spacious and clean. This was our first time staying at someone’s rental property so I really wasn’t favorable of having stuff in the refrigerator from either the owners or previous renters and we ran out of toilet tissue so we had to buy more. Overall it was GREAT. The pool scenery was amazing. Perfect location to everything including the beach.

Had a wonderful time at this house. My two teenage boys, my girlfriend, and her two children enjoyed our stay. The backyard with the hot tub and pool was perfect. Beach was very close by and there was also lots of places to food shop and what not.

I have nothing but great things to say about this property. It is exactly as advertised, updated, very clean and has all appointments needed throughout the home. The beds were all very comfortable as well. We really enjoyed the back yard pool, patio and grill to relax after a day's activities. The neighborhood felt very safe and it is very convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. and a very short drive to Deerfield Beach, which did not disappoint. Anne communicated very well and made the whole process of renting, checking in and checking out very easy. We will definitly consider staying here again when we come back to the area.

Last minute decision to stay in this part of Florida which was new to us. Lovely house with so many thoughtful touches. Super pool and we also enjoyed the pool table. Great neighbourhood, pleasant walks and close enough to walk to supermarket and many more places. Anna and Daniel were extremely helpful. Thanks for a super stay.

We had an excellent week at this updated Deerfield Beach house. The home is well stocked with everything you need, from towels to kitchenware, clothes hangers to bathroom accessories. The beds are comfortable, the pool is heated and the backyard is a delightful private oasis. The location is great - just a short drive to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, but a couple of blocks from Rte. 1 with grocery stores, restaurants and more. Communications with Anna were prompt and helpful. We would definitely rent again, if visiting the area.

This was the best VRBO we have stayed at and we have stayed at plenty!! The owner was super accommodating and friendly and the house is just fantastic!! The pool and spa were the very best — lovely heated pool and the jets in the spa are killer!! We had three 17/18 yo boys and one 16 yo girl and the boys camped in the pool room while our daughter had her own room. It was spotless and I LOVE that they don’t throw out condiments!! I felt great about leaving our uneaten (but not spoilable) food (pasta, tomato sauce, hot sauce, peanut butter/jelly) adding to the next families convenience! It was also great to have the bikes!! The ride to the beach was super easy — and if you look at google maps, you can find a construction site along the beach strip with beach access!! We literally had basically a private beach — especially since our teens wanted to hang with the crowds at the main beach access!! We were caught in the Southwest debacle — originally supposed to return to denver on NYE, but extended four nights when we found this gem!! So glad we did. Having this house with the better weather really made our trip a success!! Also — try Tropibowls!! A little drive, but easier in and out than playa bowls by the beach. And the Coffee Shoppe a couple doors down has great service and coffee!!
