The Space:

BEDROOM

The bedroom is a calm and comfortable retreat featuring a queen bed with crisp linens, soft lighting, and a ceiling fan. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, creating a bright space to wake up and start another day in South Florida.



LIVING ROOM

The living room is designed for slowing down after a day out, with a comfortable sofa, accent chairs, and a Smart TV for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. Warm wood accents, neutral tones, and plenty of natural light give the space an easy coastal feel without sacrificing comfort.



KITCHEN & DINING

The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to settle in for a short visit or a longer stay. Custom wood countertops, open shelving, cookware, dishes, and everyday essentials give you everything you need for meals at home.

A dedicated café-style coffee bar makes mornings especially easy—brew a cup before heading to the beach or enjoy a slower start at home before exploring the city.



BATHROOM

The apartment includes one full bathroom with a walk-in shower, fresh towels, and clean, modern finishes.



SHARED BACKYARD & OUTDOOR SPACE

Step outside into the property’s fenced tropical backyard, a shared outdoor space available to guests staying in the separate accommodations on the property. Settle into the hammock with a book, enjoy a meal outside, fire up the grill, or relax beneath the pergola with a drink at the end of the day.



Please note that the backyard and outdoor amenities are shared. You may see or interact with guests staying in the other accommodations while using these spaces.



The interior of Rest A Shore is completely private to your reservation. Only the backyard and common exterior areas are shared.

Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Wilton Manors, restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and waterfront activities are all just a short drive away. Whether you’re spending your days at the beach, exploring Las Olas, or simply looking for a comfortable place to settle into between adventures, Rest A Shore offers an easygoing Fort Lauderdale home base with plenty of South Florida charm.



GOOD TO KNOW

Multifamily Property & Shared Backyard: Rest A Shore is one of several separate guest accommodations located on the same multifamily property. The interior of your apartment is completely private and exclusively for your reservation; however, the backyard, pergola, grill, hammock, and other outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the other units. You should expect to occasionally see or hear other guests in these common spaces.



Tropical Environment: South Florida’s warm climate means you may occasionally encounter insects, lizards, or other small wildlife, even with regular professional pest control. If you notice anything that needs attention during your stay, please let us know so we can take care of it promptly.



Pets: Pets are welcome for a $90 fee per pet. Please keep pets leashed whenever they are in the shared outdoor areas and pick up after your pet throughout the property.



Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $25 per hour, subject to availability. Because availability depends on our cleaning and reservation schedule, we typically cannot confirm these requests until the day of arrival or departure.



Luggage Drop-Off: Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate luggage drop-offs or storage outside of your confirmed check-in and check-out times.
