'The front desk lady was professional, nice, kind, she went above and beyond, I was feeling bad for her cause she had 2 customers before me that were giving her trouble without any reason, they were upset cause she's asking for a credit card for the deposit hotels normally ask for, and they both got declined by the way but even though they were mean and irritated, she managed to stay calm and nice, room was very clean, beds comfortable, nice distance from the cruise port, so for me is a perfect...

'Not the best location for down town but an ok option for the airport. Plentgt of options to eat around nothing else. You need to call them if you plan to use their airport shuttle if you dont want to wait like ı did for 45 mins and no shuttle shows up. I got to learn i was supposed to call - where is it mentioned? dont be fooled by the photos by the way and manage tour expectations!'
