« Il y a un certain laisser aller dans cet hôtel . Les repas sont servis normalement jusqu’à 14 h mais si vous arrivez à 13 h 30 l on ne vous sert plus . Le réassort de bouteilles d eaux ( pour lequel l on paye un supplément journalier ) n est pas systématiquement fait , j ai dû en demander à la réception plusieurs fois . Une fois ma chambre n a même pas été faite !!! Le personnel de la réception est par contre très réceptif aux demandes et mets tout en œuvre pour aider . Nous avons séjourné...

« Hotel Heron is ideally located in the middle of Old Town Alexandria. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Kiln onsite restaurant was very good. We did have a couple issues with the room attendant who forgot to replace our wash cloths and made the bed with two top sheets instead of using a bottom fitted sheet. The sheet you laid was not tucked in so it slid around and got bundled up during the night. Annoying. Hotel’s valet parking is expensive so we used the Courthouse Garage...
