ENTRY LEVEL:
- Kitchen - Well appointed w/ everything you need to make great meals together, including a Cuisinart coffeemaker w/ a built-in whole bean grinder

- Living Room - Large windows & the sliding glass door to the expansive deck bring the outdoors in!
There is a comfy sleeper sofa w/ Roku TV & basic cable. Stream your favorite shows using your own logins on other apps.

- Dining area - Enjoy an inviting space featuring a large and stunning "River Bed" resin dining table.
- Comfort & Views: Stay comfortable with the mini-split heat/AC unit
- Upper Deck- Redwood views with the Hot Tub, comfy furniture, outdoor dining and grilling on the Gas BBQ!

LOWER LEVEL:
Bedroom 1 - Comfy Queen bed, private access to deck
Bedroom 2 - Comfy Queen bed with access to the outside deck
Bedroom 3 - Great bunk beds with a double on the bottom, twin on top, and a twin pull-out trundle
- Comfort for All: Each bedroom has its own mini-split unit for personalized climate control
- Two Bathrooms: One with a tub/shower combo, and another w/ a smaller shower enclosure, perfect for kids or petite adults

THINGS TO KNOW:
- Max Occupancy - 6 people day or night - No Drop-in Guests - We are in an HOA
- Parking: Accommodates up to 3 cars-1 in the gravel area in front of the fence, 1 next to the fence, and1 in front of the separate garage.
- Pet Policy: $100 Dog Fee per Dog - Yard is fully enclosed for pup (Dogs may not be left at the home unattended unless quietly crated)
- Quiet Outside Hours 9PM - 9AM - County Ordinance
- NO PARTIES - No Large Gatherings in an HOA
- NO Smoking of any substances in the home - exterior smoking is restricted to paved areas
