« Aucun accueil, tout de fait en libre service, car je n'ai vu personne durant tout le sejour dans un hôtel au demeurant tres agréable.
A ne pas conseiller aux personnes ayant peur de la solitude et souhaitant être accueilli par du personnel, car il n'y a absolument personne dans l'hôtel. Comme pour le petit déjeuner prévu, mais inexistant. Experience tres bizarre. Pourtant les chambres ont tout le confort. »

« Absolutely wonderful stay. We were made to feel so welcome and well cared for. After letting the team know about our special dietary requirements (gluten-free), the manager was outstanding in ensuring we were fully accommodated — to the point that the service surpassed what I’ve experienced in some so-called 5-star hotels.
A special mention to Evie, who was an absolute delight.
Our room was clean and beautifully presented — a testament to excellent housekeeping. »

« Beautiful cottage with really lovely hosts. They couldn't have been nicer, and so welcoming, and happy for us to come and go as we pleased during our stay. The best part about our stay was the breakfast! Honey yoghurt with granola and fruit, full English or smashed avocado, was beautiful and set us upfor the day ❤️ »

« We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business!
The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen!
I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3 »
