"Goede ligging en vriendelijk personeel. Iedere dag vrijwel hetzelfde ontbijt. Parkeren is prima, maar wel duur. Hotelkamers zien er gedateerd uit en iedere dag veel lawaai gedurende de hele nacht (ook op de hoger gelegen verdiepingen). Het personeel is weinig flexibel (doen geen late check-out, opslag van bagage voor paar uurtjes; overal wordt een toeslag voor gevraagd)."
"Great location, good amenities, beachtowels for the beach and free rental beachchairs and umbrellas. Nice pool, coolest bar in waikiki (Tiki's) and nice views from the rooms. Keana from the reception was a great help. She worked nightshifts when we arrived and gave us a nice room. Only one issue for us, the elevators can be slow. Sometimes it takes a while to get to your floor. Would recommend and would come back. Mahalo! "
