'Die Wohnung verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung, die Betten sind sehr bequem, warmes Wasser zum Duschen etwas eng bemessen, kurzer Weg zum Strand und wenig Menschen über den Jahreswechsel. Netter Kontakt zu der Makleragentur. Insgesamt war die Heizung nicht ausreichend. Das Haus war anfangs sehr kalt, wohl lange nicht bewohnt. Es roch massiv nach Abwasser. Wir haben herausgefunden, dass man das Badfenster gekippt lassen muss und die Badtüre immer geschlossen halten, dann verliert sich der Geruch....

'The house is fantastic and well equiped. The view 180° is outstanding from early morning to the sunset. The access throught he garage with the lift is very appreciable Mid April is too early to enjoy the pool. The people of Barneda are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this villa.'

'der ort und das haus sind eigentlich sehr schön gelegen,dennoch ist die einrichtung ein wenig lieblos,die matrazen sind durchgelegen und die einrichtung ein wenig herruntergerockt,mit ein wenig energie könnte man hier ein wirklich schönes ferienhaus haben, den der garten und die terrase sind mit der aussicht wunderschön.also beim nächten mal ein wenig mehr mühe geben beim putzen und mal neue betten und möbel das ganze objekt hätte von uns eine 7 von 10.'

'De tuin is fantastisch en het zwembad ook.Het huis heeft eennppaar minpuntjes, maar de terrassen en tuin en de ligging maken dit helemaal goed .Zeker met honden is dit een ideaal huis met afgesloten tuin.We hebben er echt genoten.'

'Excelente ubicación, en la cocina , falta un poco más de menaje , solo había dos ollas una enorme y otra mediana , quizás qu ubiera un cazo más pequeño estaría bien , es un poco on ría de luz natural y las terrazas están muy pegadas alas otras casas y sin sombra , con lo cual no se pueden disfrutar mucho'

'We went to Estartit since 15 years and it was one of the best holiday homes we ever had. 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom and shower of it's own and the really most beautiful view from a terrace ever! Thanks a lot for we could be a part of this ❤️'

'Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Même si la piscine est partagée elle est très grande et les espaces alentour permettent d’y être très bien. La maison est très bien équipée, très confortable. Certaines plages sont accessibles en 15 minutes à pied, par un petit sentier très joli ( un peu sportif) A qq minutes en voiture de très belles plages de sable de la Costa Brava Merci Daniel !'

The only little shadow on the horizon arrived at the end of our stay when asking a possibility of to extent our stay until 2pm since the house was not rent the following days. The owner obliged Raquel to ask us an additionnal significant amount for only 2 hours extension, Finally, we had to leave early to avoid heavy trafic jam but the feeling of...
